Scott Museles is an attorney with Shulman Rogers Law and is providing Destination Cellars with legal counsel and support. Mr. Museles counsels companies on matters including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, public and private offerings, securities compliance and general corporate law.

Robin Lail is the great grandniece of Captain Gustav Niebaum who founded Inglenook Vineyards in 1879. She is a fourth generation vintner in Napa Valley and her daughters, Erin and Shannon Lail are representing the fifth generation. Her father, John Daniel, Jr. who re-opened Inglenook following Prohibition, was the first man to put Napa Valley as an appellation on wine bottles and produced legendary wines. He was one of the founders of the NV Vintners and Robert Mondavi’s mentor.

Lail did a 5 year apprenticeship with Robert Mondavi from 77-82. She mounted the first NV Wine Auction in 1981. In 1982 Lail co-founded Dominus and in 1983, co-founded Merryvale. Also served as Managing Director of Meadowood in 1985 and 1993. Founded Lail Vineyards in 1995 with her husband, Jon, and her daughters taking the family legacy into the 21st Century.

Justin Wender, the president of Castle Harlan, is providing strategic advice to the Company concerning growth and profitability. Castle Harlan is a unit of investment partnerships that have participated in seven private equity funds, four domestically and three in Australia, totaling more than $3.2 billion in capital commitments in private equity with realized rates of return of approximately 30% compounded. Before joining Castle Harlan in 1993, Justin worked in the Corporate Finance Group of Merrill Lynch & Co., where he assisted clients with a variety of corporate finance matters. He is a board member of Morton's Restaurant Group, Ames True Temper, Caribbean Restaurants, LLC and Baker & Taylor Acquisitions Corp. In addition, Justin currently serves as a trustee of Carleton College, and is the chair of the International Center for the Disabled, an organization devoted to the physical and emotional rehabilitation of the disabled. Justin is a cum laude graduate of Carleton College with a B.A. in Political Science and has his M.B.A. from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. MacDonald is also a founding shareholder of AccessNationalBank.com, a Northern Virginia business-banking firm, and is an owner and active developer of real estate in the Dulles, Virginia corridor. Currently, Mr. MacDonald is a member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO)

Mr. MacDonald is active in community affairs and dedicated to worthwhile charities as a board member of the Washington Metro Chapter of the National Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Chairman of The BM Research Foundation, Chairman of The Brenda MacDonald Melanoma Research Foundation and an advisory board member of Washington First Bank.

Molly Fletcher is the President of Client Representation for Career Sports and Entertainment where she represents hundreds of the top MLB stars, NBA coaches, PGA and LPGA golfers, NCAA basketball and football coaches, and media personalities. When viewed in light of her professional accomplishments, Molly Fletcher can best be summarized as a trailblazer making monumental strides in a sports industry sector traditionally dominated by men. Since coming to Career Sports & Entertainment in 1996 to support founder Lonnie Cooper's vision to grow and diversify the client representation division, Molly has overseen strategic growth process that has led to the expansion of many areas within the division and the creation of golf, college coaching, NFL coaches divisions and increased the company's client base from 40 to over 150 professional baseball players, managers, NBA coaches, golfers, men's and women's NCAA coaches and media personalities.

While working with high profile clients such as John Smoltz, Jeff Francoeur, Ernie Johnson, Jr., and Tom Izzo on a daily basis, Fletcher's proactive recruiting efforts have helped grow the company's multiple divisions since her arrival. Having spent most of her youth playing tennis competitively and competing at Michigan State University (1989-1993), Fletcher is able to connect with her clients on a personal and professional level and always act in their best interests. Fletcher was awarded the Nell Jackson Outstanding Alumna Award from Michigan State University, which is presented annually to a Spartan alumnus whose career, since graduation, has been distinguished not only by outstanding professional accomplishments but also by an exceptional record of community service. Fletcher was also named the recipient of the Dr. James Feurig Award her senior year at MSU, which honors the senior athlete who best exemplifies honesty, dedication, scholarship and community involvement, and the 2008 Distinguished Alumni Award from Michigan State's Communications Department.
